Restrictions on the Services

Promisecomfortcare.net will not assess a Care Provider’s performance of services for a Care Seeker following any term or condition. Promisecomfortcare.com performs all ministerial and administrative duties on behalf of and in support of the parties to a legal agreement formed following the Site and Services.

Moreover, Promisecomfortcare.net does not engage in any action that necessitates a professional license, which qualifies as the provision of home care, nor does it offer any medical, diagnostic, evaluation, treatment, or clinical services.

Eligibility for Caregivers to Utilize the Website and Services

The following requirements must be satisfied for Caregivers to be eligible to use our services:

-You are eighteen (18) years old.

-You must be of legal working age in the United States to register to use the Site or Services.

-You must also abide by the applicable rules of the Background and Verification Check Section below.

When caregivers sign up for or use Promisecomfortcare.net services, they represent, acknowledge, and guarantee that they have met the relevant eligibility requirements listed above and that they have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms on their behalf or on behalf of another, and that they will abide by them.

Termination of registration

Promise comfort care LLC reserves the right to deny you access to the website if it determines that you have broken any of the terms listed here, misrepresented your identity or credentials, or that your credential status has changed or expired.

Any home-care arrangement you are a part of cannot be ended by Promise comfort care LLC, nor does it have the authority to do so. It is incorrect to assume that our decision to remove a Care Provider from our platform has anything to do with that person’s moral character or overall reputation.

As per the nature of our business, we must collect personal data, including any financial, health, or other details you would prefer to remain private. The information in the accompanying summary is meant to acquaint you with our policies for collecting, using, maintaining, and protecting personal data. An individual who believes his or her HIPAA privacy rights have been violated may file a complaint regarding the alleged privacy violation with the Administrator. Complaints submitted to the will be documented, reviewed, and acted upon, if necessary
